I had worked in pizza express as a pizzaiolo for 5 years and seen a lot of good photo opportunities, but had never brought my camera to the restaurant floor because of all the flour and chaos.

When I started working my notice I knew I had to spend a little time after work getting some pictures, especially taking advantage of the nice atmospheric features of the restaurant, such as the lighting and textures of surfaces. I got about 70 pictures that night, but this is arguably my favourite out of the lot.
